Trasel is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive 26-year track record in the real estate industry, complemented by a wealth of diverse business experience. As an expert in structuring businesses to secure lucrative contracts, Trasel specializes in navigating the intricacies of federal government procurement. Her deep expertise in researching and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Applications (RFAs) has consistently resulted in significant wins for her clients, positioning them for success in the competitive landscape of government contracts.
In addition to her prowess in securing government bids, Trasel leads a dedicated department specializing in nonprofit organizations, where her expertise helps these entities thrive and achieve their missions. Furthermore, she serves as a financial liaison, expertly connecting investors with business owners and developers to facilitate access to working capital and fund multi-million dollar multifamily construction projects.
Throughout her journey, Trasel has not only excelled as a real estate agent but has also embraced the role of business coach and mentor. Alwan’n Noel About Me
Born in Haiti, Alwan’n immigrated to the United States at the age of 13, settling in Boca Raton, Florida. Driven by curiosity and ambition, he entered the technology field and successfully built an IT tech support firm as a partnership company. But in a single moment, everything changed when his trusted partner’s unethical practices brought the business to a sudden end and wiped out his financial security overnight.
Instead of giving up, Alwan’n chose to rebuild from the ground up. This time, he knew things would be different. He committed to working on himself, studying Black heritage in depth, and learning how economic systems were designed to either uplift or oppress communities.
Determined to reclaim his power, Alwan’n mastered credit and financial literacy, eventually achieving 800+ credit scores across all bureaus. Through years of mentorship with some of the world’s top wealth coaches, he developed a comprehensive understanding of how to build, protect, and multiply wealth—especially in underserved communities.
His path took a new turn when he met Trasel Holmes. Trasel recognized Alwan’n’s unique combination of cultural wisdom and financial expertise and encouraged him to share his knowledge with the world. Together, they co-founded Lesart Wealth Builders Club a platform dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs, professionals, and families to reclaim their financial destiny.
Today, Alwan’n Noel is passionate about showing others that no setback is too great to overcome. Through coaching, speaking, and his signature programs, he teaches that cultural pride and financial empowerment go hand in hand—and that true freedom begins when you learn to build wealth on your own terms.
